Prayer for Spiritual Dryness
A prayer for those experiencing a spiritual desert season — when God feels distant and prayer feels empty.
Prayer for Spiritual Dryness
Lord, I am in a dry place. My prayers feel like they bounce off the ceiling. I can't feel Your presence like I used to. But I refuse to trust feelings over truth. Your Word says You will never leave me. So I choose to press in even when the fire is low. Revive me. Send rain to this dry ground. Let worship return. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Isaiah 44:3I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground.
Psalm 63:1You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you.
