Lord, I am taking a step back from social media, and I want to do it prayerfully. I acknowledge that I have sometimes used screens and scrolling to numb what I should feel, to compare when I should be content, and to perform when I should just be. Fill the space that this detox creates. When I reach for my phone out of habit, redirect me toward You. Let this be a season of genuine presence — with You and with the people in front of me. Show me what I have been missing by being distracted. In Jesus' name, Amen.
